Answer:

${ \tt{ {x}^(2) + {y}^(2) - 6x - 2y + 4 = 0 }}$

Center:

${ \tt{(3, \: 1)}}$

Radius:

${ \tt{radius = \sqrt{ {g}^(2) + {f}^(2) - c } }} \\ = √(36 + 4 - 4) \\ = 6 \: units$
