His character is that he is a cheerful and humble boy, who enjoys his stay in the countryside. Despite this, he also enjoys various types of games which include hunting, fishing, long hikes, and even horseback riding. As a young boy, at only 12, David comes into contact and loves one Marie Little Soldier only to realize later when he was old enough that the love was only innocent. His childhood has been good and unforgettable prior to the 1948 Summer. It was at this time that some rumors emanated, which were concerning his Uncle Frank. The rumors were all about the character of his uncle, where he was found to be a murderer as well as a sexual predator. However, his growth was all about history. His life has been about various historical happenings, some surprising.
