Perimeter of square = 4a = 16cm

a = 16 / 4

a = 4 cm

Length of each side = 4 cm

Diagonal^2 = side^2 + side^2

= 4^2 + 4^2

= 16 + 16

Diagonal^2 = 32

Diagonal = 4√2 cm
