A or D, when you go down or left, it means your making a negative number if that makes since...and when you go right or up your making a positive number....so it depends on where you go

A because you have to start at the origin and make your way to the left 3 units. You than will be at -3. After that you go up 3 units and you should be next to the 3. That gives you (-3,3) which is in point A.
