No, because now society has advanced in technology, and weapons used for war, now there are many open opportunities to get these items and learn how to use them incase of a war so that families could stick together and survive. And our army has advanced too since then we have many more soldiers that are highly trained and prepared for war not including the fact that America is more stable now.
