64 = 4x + 7 Each bag of rice weighs 14.25 pounds.

Explanation:

Each package is 64 pounds, which give us one side of the equal sign. The other side is ehre we make the 64 pounds. There is one 7 pound bag of beans, and four equal bags of rice. To find the pounds per bag of rice, we do 64-7 to get 57, then 57/4 to get 14.25
