y - 7 = 0.5·(x - 10)

From the above equation of the line in point and slope form, we get the general form of the equation of the line as follows

y - 7 = 0.5·(x - 10) = 0.5·x - 5

y - 7 = 0.5·x - 5

y = 0.5·x - 5 + 7 = 0.5·x + 2

y = 0.5·x + 2
