Hi! I'm reviewing incident management and saw this question:

Which one of the following activities is not an example of incident coordination?

  • A. Directing, ordering, or controlling.
  • B. Resolving critical resource issues.
  • C. Establishing priorities among incidents.
  • D. Synchronizing public information messages.

Can someone clarify why one of these is not considered coordination?
