You have to submit a file saved in your email. You do not have your personal computer and you do not have access to other computers in your current location. All you have is your smartphone with a mobile internet connection. What would you do?

You would sign into your email on your phone, access the file, download it on you phone and submit it to the app or site you need to send it too on your phone.
