Each small table can seat 4 people, and you've got 24 of them. So if you multiply them together, the total seating at small tables would be 96.

The large tables can accommodate 6 people each. You have 15 large tables, so multiplying the two amounts gives you the total seating capacity at large tables which is 90.

To find out the total seating capacity you simply add the total seating at small and large tables, which gives you 186.

You wanted to check if you could seat exactly 110 people with that configuration of tables. Comparing the total seating capacity which is 186 to 110, you find that 186 is significantly larger than 110.

Therefore, no, the arrangement of 24 small tables and 15 large tables would not seat exactly 110 people. Instead, it could seat 186 people in total.
