Answer: 99 ft by 66 ft

Work Shown

x = length

(2/3)x = width

2*(length + width) = perimeter of rectangle

2*( x + (2/3)x ) = 330

2x + (4/3)x = 330

3*( 2x + (4/3)x ) = 3*330

6x + 4x = 990

10x = 990

x = 990/10

x = 99 ft is the length

(2/3)x = (2/3)*99 = 66 ft is the width

Check:

2*(length + width) = perimeter of rectangle

2*(99 + 66) = 330

2*(165) = 330

330 = 330

The answer is confirmed.
