Answer: m∠QSR = 68°

Explanation:

m∠TSR - m∠TSQ = m∠QSR

173° - 15x = 10x - 2

Add 15x to both sides and add 2 to both sides:

175° = 25x

divide both sides by 25:

7° = x.

Now substitute 7 into the equation for x in m∠QSR = 10x - 2.

m∠QSR = 10(7) - 2

m∠QSR = 70 - 2

m∠QSR = 68°.

Quick check: 15(7)=105... 173 - 105 = 68. Checks out!

Answer:

68°

Explanation:

10x - 2 + 15x = 173°

25x - 2 = 173°

25x = 175°

x = 7°

10x - 2

10(7) - 2

70 - 2

68°
