Explanation:

Straight lines measure 180°, therefore the m∠PRQ is 180 - 140 = 40

The measure of interior angle of a triangle is also 180, we can say that

p/2 + 2p + 40 = 180

simplify to

p/2 + 2p = 140

multiply both sides by 2

p + 4p = 280

5p = 280

p = 56

the measure of the missing angles are

m∠PQR = p/2

m∠PQR = 56/2

m∠PQR = 28°

m∠RPQ = 2p

m∠RPQ = 2(56)

m∠RPQ = 112°
