Answer

-2^(3)-2x^(2) -8x+5

Explanation:

First you put them in order from highest variable to lowest

-2y^(3)-5x^(2)+3x^(2)-6x-2x+1+4\\

Then you combine like terms, the ones with the same variable and exponent.

-2y^(3) is a unique variable so it stays the same

-5x^(2)+3x^(2) are like terms so combine then to make
-2x^2

-6x-2x are like terms and they make
-8x

And the last two,
1+4 obviously make
5

If you put that together in order you get
-2^(3)-2x^(2) -8x+5\\
