-x + y <3 re-arranges to y < x + 3

x+y >1 re-arranges to y > 1 - x

now with x <= -1

Starting with x = -1 the first equation ( pink one in graph) starts at y <2 gets smaller and smaller as x gets more negative. the second one gets larger and larger starting at y > 2 so there is no 'common ground' if you are confined to x <= -1 if you look at the graphs (below) you see there are no points that satisfy all three conditions ( y = 2 does not satisfy....it is on a dashed line for the first two inequalities )
