Answer: r=3

Explanation:

We know that the Slope is -9, so every time we increase +1 unit of x we decrease -9 units of y, in this case we know that one point of this graph is (-4,-6), and we want to know what is the y value when x=-5, now we can compare these two points (-4,-6) and (-5, r), since we are going back 1 unit of x, and we are decreasing the value of x, we have to increase the value of y by 9, which will give us -6+9=3, so y=3, which means r=3.
