After the American revolution, Americans had a new sense of freedom since they were no longer under Britain’s control. They were able to operate under free markets and claim their own territory now.
-French Revolution-
The French Revolution, which was spurred by the American Revolution, also created more freedom and democracy in Europe. This was a new concept in the continent, since Feudalism was the popular government before the revolution.
