Answer: ab > 0

Explanation:

Real numbers are numbers that can be represented on a number line or by an infinte decimal expansion. Examples are irrational numbers, rational numbers, interger, and whole numbers.

Lets use whole numbers to complete this.

We are given that the variables, a and b, are real numbers.

Where a is greater than 0, and b is also greater than 0.

We are also given that when a and b is multiplied together, they ____ with 0.

We can use whole numbers for a and b,

where:

a = 4

b = 5

So, if a and b are real numbers and 4 > 0 and 5 > 0 , then (4)(5)___0

And lets simplify: 4 > 0 and 5 > 0 , then (20) ___0

20 is greater than 0.

so ab > 0.
