Answer:

1.

If I am required to finish multiple tasks by the end of the day and there is no way I can finish them all, I would first prioritize the tasks and focus on the most important ones. I would also communicate with my supervisor or manager to let them know that I am unable to finish all of the tasks and see if there is anything that can be done to reduce the workload. If necessary, I would be willing to work overtime or take on additional responsibilities in order to complete the most important tasks.

2.

I handle people who annoy me by first trying to understand why they are acting the way they are. Once I understand their motivation, I can then try to address the issue in a way that is both assertive and respectful. If the person is simply being rude or disruptive, I would calmly explain that their behavior is unacceptable and that I will not tolerate it. If the person is struggling with something, I would offer to help them in any way that I can.

3.

I am really excited about the project that I am currently working on. It is a new initiative that has the potential to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. I am passionate about this project and I am committed to seeing it through to completion.

4.

I had to be assertive when I was working on a project with a team of people who were not pulling their weight. I was the only one who was meeting deadlines and I was starting to feel overwhelmed. I had to speak up and let the team know that I needed their help. I was able to get everyone on track and we were able to complete the project on time.

5.

I failed to reach a goal when I was trying to learn a new programming language. I was working on a project that required me to use this new language, but I was having trouble learning it. I spent a lot of time trying to learn the language, but I was not able to master it in time for the project deadline. I learned from this experience and I am now more patient and persistent when I am trying to learn new things.

6.

A major goal that I have recently set for myself is to become a certified data scientist. I have been working on this goal for the past few months and I am making good progress. I have been taking online courses, reading books, and working on data science projects. I am confident that I will be able to achieve this goal within the next year.

7.

I have had to motivate or build team spirit among classmates on several occasions. One time, I was in a class where the students were not very motivated. I took it upon myself to organize study groups and to create a positive learning environment. The students were more motivated after I started doing this and they started to get better grades.

8.

I remain effective when I am forced with difficult tasks or with things I do not like to do by focusing on the positive outcomes. I remind myself that these tasks are important and that they will help me to achieve my goals. I also break down the tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. This makes the tasks seem less daunting and it helps me to stay focused.

I hope this answers your questions.
