\huge\text{Hey there!}

\mathsf{(185)/(100) + 50\% + 4\%}\\\\\mathsf{= (185)/(100) + (50)/(100) + (4)/(100)}\\\\\mathsf{= (185/ 5)/(100/ 5) + (50/50)/(100/50) + (4/4)/(100/4)}\\\\\mathsf{= (37)/(20) + (1)/(2) + (1)/(25)}\\\\\mathsf{= 1(17)/(20) + (1)/(2) + (1)/(25)}\\\\\mathsf{= (47)/(20) + (1)/(25)}\\\\\mathsf{= 2 (7)/(20) + (1)/(25)}\\\\\mathsf{= 2(39)/(100)}\\\\\mathsf{= (239)/(100)}\\\\\mathsf{\approx 2.39}

\huge\text{Therefore, your answer should be: \boxed{\mathsf{(239)/(100)\ or\ 2.39}}}\huge\checkmark

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Answer: 2.39

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Given:
\textsf{185/100 + 50\% + 4\%}

Find:
\textsf{Convert to simplified decimal}

Solution: In order combine the numbers together we must first convert all of them to a fraction. The first number is already in fraction form, but the other ones are in a percent form. What a percent value means is just a number out of 100 which we can use to change 50% to 50/100 and 4% to 4/100.

Now we have 185/100 + 50/100 + 4/100 which we can combine together to 239/100 to which we can use a calculator and figure out that the answer in decimal form would be 2.39
