Explanation:

4 x 6 = 24

24 divided by 2 equals 12 and since there is two triangles it equals 24 and 5 x 8 = 40 and 40 + 40 = 80 and 8 x 6 = 48. add those all together you get 152.

I think the formula is the sum of the areas of the faces on the prisim
