Advantages and disadvantages of eating healthy food​

Advantages- it’s healthier for you’re body to eat fresh fruits and Vegetables

Disadvantage- might not taste the best and some people actually lose a lot of fat which could be a good or bad things depending on ur weight

Answer:
advantage: less toxins in body, prone to eat healthier, and not crave unhealthy food.

Disadvantage: expensive, may not always taste good, and just because it’s labeled “healthy” doesn’t necessarily make it healthy.
