PLEASE HELP ME
To create your parietal art:
Think about something that is important to you in your day-to-day life - perhaps an animal like a pet or an instrument or book.
First, create a cutout of that image.
Next, use charcoal or a dark medium to create a tracing.
Finally, fill in your image using spray paint or another type of paint to add color and voila - you’ve just created a modern-day piece of parietal art!
To create your hierarchy painting:
Make a list of four or five things, or people, that mean a lot to you—some ideas might include your family, friends, school, pets, a sport you play, or music or other hobby you enjoy. Or maybe it’s a cause you care a lot about like our planet, helping your community, or providing food for families in need. You can try and draw from knowledge or information that you have learned about other subjects or topics in your life.
Next, come up with an image to represent each of the things on your list.
Paint or sketch each of these things on paper, making the objects or people larger or smaller depending on how important they are to you.
That’s it—you’ve just created your first hierarchy painting!
After you have completed your artwork, you will need to write a reflection that compares not only the actual art but the cultures that they come from.
In your comparison, please be sure to include answers to the following:
How are these art forms similar? Different?
What are some similarities in the cultures that originated these art forms? Differences?
Which art form did you enjoy creating more? Why?
Which art form do you think has more influence on artwork today? Explain.
You will be graded on your ability to follow directions and create a piece of art representative of the specific time and culture, and your written comparison between the two. For more details on how you will be graded, please refer to the rubric below.
I WILL ADD MORE POINTS IF YOU WANT IF ITS RIGHT AND U GET BRAINY AND A THANK YOU
