In Chapter 6 of The Great Gatsby, a reporter from New York visits Gatsby's mansion to ask him about his personal life and his business dealings. The reporter is interested in Gatsby because he has heard rumors about his wealth and his extravagant parties, and he wants to know more about the man behind the rumors. The reporter hopes that Gatsby will reveal information about his past and his sources of income, and he wants to see if Gatsby has anything to say that will confirm or deny the rumors that are circulating about him. However, Gatsby refuses to speak to the reporter and instead refers him to his publicist, Wolfsheim. :)
