Explanation:

The formula to find the area of a triangle is A= (0.5) x base x height, so if the area is 90 then before it was halved it must be 180 so the base x height must equal 180 and the only number that equal 180 when multiplied with a difference of 3 between them is (15,12) so thats are answer. I know this is right because if I put it through the area formula I get 90.

A=(.5) x 12 x 15

A=(.5) x 180

A= 90
