Explanation:

Lets say that Emma earns 3x pounds, Sarah earns 5x pounds, and Mark earns 2x pounds.

All of their wages add up to 60 pounds.

3x+5x+2x=60pounds

10x=60

x=60/10

x=6 pounds

Multiply this with the amount of hours Sarah worked: 6×5, and you get that Sarah earned 30 pounds.
