This is a function since each input has exactly one output.
To put it in simpler words- A function is a relationship between u two values. A function is a relation where each input has only one output.
The input should exactly have one output. 2 inputs could have the same exact output and it would still be considered a function. But what not be considered a function would be when 1 input has 2 outputs .
