Frame 1: Gautrain security official greets the passenger.

Security Official: Good afternoon, sir. May I see your ticket, please?

Frame 2: The passenger hands over the ticket, but the security official notices a problem.

Passenger: Sure, here you go.

Security Official: Thank you. Sir, it seems that you entered the station without wearing a face mask. That is a violation of Gauteng rules.

Frame 3: The security official explains the consequences of violating the rules.

Security Official: I'm sorry, but we take the safety of our passengers very seriously. We cannot allow anyone to enter the station without a mask. Failure to comply with the rules may result in a fine or even being banned from using the Gautrain services.

Frame 4: The passenger apologizes for the violation and promises to follow the rules in the future.

Passenger: I'm sorry about that. I didn't realize I wasn't wearing my mask. It won't happen again, I promise.

Security Official: I understand, sir. Please remember to wear your mask next time. It's for your safety and the safety of others. Thank you for your cooperation.
