A simile
Simile~ this is when it’s comparing things to eachother. An example of this would be “life is like a box of chocolates.” Life is being compared to a box of chocolates.
Metaphor~ this is when people usually say things like “Her eyes are diamonds.” The girls eyes aren’t diamonds, but there being compared to describe the way the eyes shine.
