well, Moussa last week had 92 + 5 + 25 = 122 customers total, so from all those 92 paid with cash.

so if we use 122(origin amount) as our 100%, what's 92 off of it in percentage?

\begin{array}{ccll} Amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 122 & 100\\ 92& x \end{array} \implies \cfrac{122}{92}~~=~~\cfrac{100}{x} \\\\\\ \cfrac{ 61 }{ 46 } ~~=~~ \cfrac{ 100 }{ x }\implies 61x=4600\implies x=\cfrac{4600}{61}\implies x\approx 75.41

so next week he's expecting 1600, and about 75.41% of those will pay with cash hmmm

\begin{array} \cline{1-1} \textit{\textit{\LARGE a}\% of \textit{\LARGE b}}\\ \cline{1-1} \\ \left( \cfrac{\textit{\LARGE a}}{100} \right)\cdot \textit{\LARGE b} \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}~\hspace{5em}\stackrel{\textit{75.41\% of 1600}}{\left( \cfrac{75.41}{100} \right)1600} ~~ \approx ~~ \text{\LARGE 1207}
