Stress arises out of various situations that may occur in a person's life. A student might get stressed due to his/her educational loads like pending assignments, exams, etc. While an adult might face anxiety or stress in a totally different way.

Explanation: It is due to all the phases in life that one goes through defines the state of mind of a person or how stressed one can be. Every highs or lows , every immatured decisions that one takes due lack of experience gives a new experience and makes oneself think about everything in a totally new perspective keeping in mind that he/she had already learnt lessons from previous experiences which caused stress or anxiety. Coping up with what is happening at the present moment and growing through the thick and thins of life makes an individual grow day by day rather than staying sulky for those bad experiences.
