A coworker notices that the original box costs $0.22 per square foot of cardboard and the new box cost $0.15 per square foot of cardboard. She claims that the new bow must cost less than the original box explain why your co worker claim is incorrect?

Answer:

Your co-workers claim is correct because 22 cents is greater than 15 cents. You know this because 22-15=6 so you would have 6 cents left over.
