What does a citation do?

Select one:
a. Tells you where the source is physically located in the library
b. Summarizes a source's contents
c. Directs you to the original source (i.e. article, book chapter, dissertation) by telling you key details, such as the
author and title

C

When citing a source, as said in the answer, it takes you to the original source material. It is the most descriptive out of the answers and is correct.

Answer: It should be C

Explanation: we can use process of elimination which means we can remove A as citations can be used for websites and more

B is also wrong because it doesn't give what's inside a website or a book when you cite, so it cannot be summarizing a source's contents

If A and B isn't the right answer, it should be C
