V = πr^2h

V1 = π14/2^2•9
V1 = π7^2•9

V1 = π49•9

V1 = 1,385.442360233099


V2 = π6/2^2•9

V2 = π3^2•9

V2 = π9•9

V2 = 254.4690049407733


V = V1 - V2

V = 1,385.442360233099 - 254.4690049407733

V = 1,130.973355292326 or 1,130.97

Thus, the volume of the cylinder is 1,130.97cm^3.
