Part B: 672 rotations.

Part A: We can use either formula C=pi x d or C= 2 x Pi x r. All you have to do is multiply 3.14 by 2.5 which would equal 7.85.

Part B: For this, all we do is divide 5,280 by the answer of the circumference which is 7.85 to get 672. You would have to set this up as a fraction where 5,280 ft goes on top and 7.85 ft per rotation at the bottom.

Pi equals 3.14

The r represents the radius

D represents diameter

C is for circumference.
