$\text{1 kg = 1000 gram}$

$\text{1 gm}= (1)/(1000) \ \text{kg}$

$\text{we have to convert} \ (6)/(4) \ \text{kg to grams}$

$(6)/(4) \ \text{kg} = (6)/(4) * 1000 \ \text{gm}$

$=1750 \ \text{gm}$

$\bold{So, \ the \ total \ mass \ of \ the \ box \ in \ grams \ is \ 1,500 \ gm}$
