Answer The answer is A that is It has caused unemployment in the state to rise dramatically.

Explanation: So cut down to much trees and there has been a shortage of trees so compaines and they started to cut down trees in national forests and people started protecting the trees buy hammering spikes into them and it was said that it is illegal to do that at 1987 and the compaines also started planting trees so there would be trees to cutdown but they would need to wait for 25 years for the trees to be ready to be cutdown that is also why people lost they're jobs because there was nothing to do they couldn't cutdown trees so they evauntully lost they're jobs and the compaines shutdown.
