Let's find Mrs. Robinson first

100% - 20% = 80% or 0.8

29.99 times 0.8% = $24

29.99 -24 = $5.99 off

Now Let's find Mr.Chang

100% - 10% = 90% or 0.9

25 times 0.9% = $22.50

25 - 22.50 = $2.50 off

So Mrs. Robinson received a better discount!
