Imagine that you are FDR in November, 1941. Would you declare war on Germany, or would you try to remain neutral after all that has happened? Why? Use at least three sentences to explain your answer.

Due to the treaty of versi being broke this mean America and Britain and anyone else who was on the winning side of WW1 could declare war on Germany

Dozens of merchant ships were sunk off the East Coast of the United States between 1941 and 1945. Sooner or later, these sinking would have forced FDR's hand to declare war on Germany.
