Explanation:

This is actually a very easy question! We just have to break the numbers up and make a sort of graph I guess? Since a:b equals 1:2, this means that a equals 1 and b equals 2. Since b:c equals 2:3 this means that c is equal to 3 and we already know that b is equal to 2.
