Now there is a property that if two sides are of the same length in a triangle , both the angles opposite to them are of the same angle.

So, m∠Q = m∠P = 12°.

Now as we know, sum of all angles in triangle is 180°.

which means m∠O = 180° - m∠P - m∠Q

= 180° - 12° - 12°

m∠O = 156°
