Dehydration would be considered a risk because if you're exercising nonstop outside in the heat and not drinking plenty of water, there could be serious health issues such as your blood volume going down. Another risk factor would be a heat stroke. A heat stroke is when your body temperature is over the original temperature. So, if you exercise long enough outside, then your body temperature will increase causing a heat stroke. Therefore, you should manage how long you exercise outside.
