The length of KL in the figure drawn is 6

From the figure given, MK is a line which divides the triangle MJL into two equal halves .

From the base :

  • JL = JK + KL

JK = KL

KL is the midpoint of JL

Now we have ;

KL = JL / 2

KL = 12/2

KL = 6

Hence, KL is 6 units.
