Another strategy is about Time management: Always go to bed around 12 Pm to get an early start in the morning around 8 Am or 9 am depends: But with time management, Learners are responsible for creating a schedule that will work for them in their time for learning. Breaks should include stretches before both a warm up & a workout for 10-15 minutes.

Last but not least, Always go over your work, learn it & make it a learning exercise that will strengthen your brain by the seconds, and make it a learning habit that'll suit you & don't forget to practice reading and writing everyday.
