I am making an AC generator for my physics project by using an AC synchronous motor. It will also have a rectifier attachment if we want a DC supply. My question is that if we rotate the axle of the motor by hand it produces very fluctuating and very high Voltage. I want the voltage to be constant when I rotate it by hand rotation. Is there any way to limit the voltage to 220-230V?
