The slope formula is
(y_(2)-y_(1) )/(x_(2)-x_(1)).


(5-3)/(1-0)


(2)/(1)

So the slope is 2.

Then you choose any coordinate, in my case (1,5).

To find the y-intercept look at where the line crosses the y-axis. The line crosses at 3.
