Answer:

  • p - 10° = 15°
  • p + 50° = 75°

Explanation:

Now we have to,

→ find the value of each angle.

Forming the equation,

→ 90° + (p - 10°) + (p + 50°) = 180°

Now the value of p will be,

→ 90° + (p - 10°) + (p + 50°) = 180°

→ (90° - 10° + 50°) + (p + p) = 180°

→ 130° + 2p = 180°

→ 2p = 180° - 130°

→ p = 50°/2

→ [ p = 25° ]

Then the value of other angle is,

→ p - 10° || → p + 50°

→ 25° - 10° || → 25° + 50°

→ 15° || → 75°

Hence, these are the angles.

Answer:

  • 15° and 75°

----------------------------

Given is the right triangle.

The two angles are complementary, so their sum is 90°:

  • p - 10 + p + 50 = 90
  • 2p + 40 = 90
  • 2p = 50
  • p = 25

The angles are:

  • p - 10 = 25 - 10 = 15°
  • p + 50 = 25 + 50 = 75°
