A line beginning at point (0,0) and continuing to (30,10)

A proportional relationship will always go through the origin so you can eliminate the first two. In the last one the second coordinate is (4,12) which is wrong because the x is 12 and the y is 4. So that is how you know the 3rd option is correct :)
