Strengths: Two strengths that support my readiness for change are adaptability and strong communication skills. How do these strengths support my readiness for change? Adaptability allows me to quickly adjust to new situations and embrace change. It enables me to approach change with a flexible mindset and open attitude, making it easier for me to navigate through transitions and adapt to new processes or systems. Weaknesses: Two weaknesses that might get in the way of change are resistance to uncertainty and a tendency to micromanage. Opportunities: Two opportunities I can use to leverage my strengths and develop my skills are training and collaboration. Threats: Two threats that I would like to minimize are resistance from stakeholders and lack of resources. Change Readiness: My SWOT analysis reveals that I am ready to accept organizational change that is likely to arise from the proposed scenario.
