Area = 4x+20

In order to get the length and the breadth we have to use factorization on the equation 4x+20

Such that area = 4(x+5)

Then the length = 4

Breadth = x+5

And if we multiply the length and breadth, we will get the original equation

4(x+5) = 4x+20
